Love this soap. It smells really good and keeps your hands soft. I read the reviews before hand and a lot of them talked about how the pump does’t work. At first I was struggling but then I figured it out. It is not your standard pull up and twist pump. You actually have to push it down till you hear a pop. I bought two, on one of them I pushed down hard and it popped and worked. On the second one I pushed down and twisted while I was pushing down and then it popped and worked. It’s just a different pump but nothing is wrong with it.

Love! If you want luxurious hand soap in your guest bathroom this is it! It has a spectacular scent that is perfect no matter who you are. It has small beads that make you feel like you’re getting a nice exfoliating experience during your hand wash. It is worth the $$$. Spa like experience at home.

I love the scent. But, I purchased this 5 x in the past few months and 4/5 bottles pump would not open. I don't understand why this company cannot fix the pump and charge so much money. It is so frustrating.

This is an expensive soap, which made me hesitant, but I decided to try it over other social media famous designer brands like Le Labo and Aseop. I really like the exfoliation, which are little mircobeads. In the wintertime, my hands get so dry and cracked and this soap makes them feel soft. Unlike many other reviews, I did not have any issues with the pump. It twists to open and worked the very first time I used it. The fragrance is a light floral scent that isn't powdery like Grandma's perfume nor is it woodsy or masculine. Honestly, for the price it is a nicer upgrade from Mrs. Meyers or Compagnie de Provence (French liquid hand soap) that I normally buy. Those made my hands too dry.

Love the scent! We use this in the guest bathroom currently, and I think I’ll also buy one for the primary bath as well. It’s got exfoliating beads and a little goes a long way. This will last a long time. I’ve bought more expensive soap and this seems to be just as good.

The pump on this hand soap doesn’t work at all! It’s hard to even find a dispenser for this soup. Total disaster. It’s also really expensive, and the experience wasn’t pleasant.. But smell is good and the quality is great.

The best hand soap in the world smells amazing and your hands smell so good and feel sooooo clean

I’ve put my entire family on this hand soap, everyone uses it. The exfoliating beads i wasn’t too sure about at first, but there is just the right amount and it feels amazing to clean your hands because they are actually getting scrubbed. It does not leave my hands dry, and it gives off the most sophisticated subtle smell! Not overpowering at all, and doesn’t smell like “hand soap” it is more spa like!

Worth the money

I would choose this over Aesop, going forward. While it doesn’t have the intoxicatingly wonderful smell that Aesop does, it’s unscented. Its beads exfoliate my dry skin leaving it soft and smooth. It’s the best dry skin soap I’ve ever used!!

Great soap, terrible bottle. Could twist it for an hour and it still wouldn’t work. For the price you pay, it would be nice to have a pump that actually works.
