I’ve been taking this supplement since June 2025 and have been really happy with it overall. I originally chose it for the combination of ingredients, especially the added vitamins and cruciferous vegetable blend, and I like having everything in one place and I was pretty sold with the immune support! The biggest and most effective benefit I’ve noticed is a more balanced, steady energy throughout the day. It’s not a stimulant feeling, just a more even, consistent energy that feels natural. I was also hoping it would help with temperature regulation. I haven’t noticed a significant change in that area, but the other benefits have made it worthwhile for me. They’re also very easy to take, no taste, and no issues at all adding them into my daily routine. Overall, I’m really pleased with this supplement and plan to continue using it.

The way my life has changed after taking this product. It started slow. I would notice I was more awake everyday, my mood stabilized. This is a must for menopausal of all stages women that are battling the menopausal mafia symptoms. It assist with hormonal acne, fuzzies and helps balance hormones. Plus you could never eat that much cruciferous vegetables in one sitting. I have been using it for years and it has proven effective as long as I take it!

Super high dose and fast absorption- that high of a dose is not necessary. 200mg is good enough. Do your research. Good product but cute dose in half or even more.
