Perfect for cookies !!
Used this to bake a fresh batch of oat meal cookies and cane out great !! It retained chewy-ness and kept it's texture for several days. Taste is also good 👍👍

It is way better than regular maida
A bit pricey, but the quality is far far better than regular maida. I bake my own bread and make my own pizza -both from scratch and this flour is way better. The bread & pizza is soft and has a better taste. I even combine other floors to make it a truly multi grain flour for my use.

Makes a good batch of bread, given the gluten content. Dough rises well and breads are soft and fluffy. At 149 per Kg these are better prices than others available.
