Well constructed and robust
Robust construction and well engineered. Range of board angles from beginners to more challenging. Anti slip surface for feet and for floor. Useful guide suggesting exercises/possible positions which isn’t a feature with many slant boards

Good quality wooden slant board
The slant board is of very good wooden quality and a portable, foldable design. It has non-slip EVA base provide a better grip to prevent slipping during exercise and use. Its ideal for calf stretching, yoga and helps you stretch your calves, improve circulation and support your recovery process. I can lift our wight even if we both our feet.

Quite demanding for my dodgy legs
Sturdy and as described. Aged 80+ I found even the lowest setting too much. I improvised and it works but even so is surprisingly tough on the body structure. Will try to persist and and hope it proves its worth

My new secret for happy legs
I started using this slant board for my tight calves and Achilles tendons, and the setup was immediate, just unfold it and choose an angle. The wooden construction feels incredibly sturdy and the sandpaper top gives a secure grip, so I never feel like I'm going to slip, even during a deep stretch. I was very surprised by how effective the five different angles are, I can begin at an easy angle and then increase it bit by bit as my muscles loosen up. The foldable design is a game-changer. I can just slide it under my desk and do a quick stretch whenever I need a break during the workday. My only concern is a very slight flex in the middle on the highest angle setting, which is probably due to the hinge. However, it's a small trade-off for the fantastic foldable design. Compared to using a step or a weight plate, this dedicated tool is in a different league and has quickly become an essential part of my daily routine for relieving lower leg tension.

Good quality product for good price
Im happy with the purchase. It’s solid and strong. Needed to try this for my long term calf pain and glad it does exactly what it suppose to. Although needs more efforts to use everyday; this would be really useful for long run. Worth the price as well.

TL;DR: I got a monster Charlie horse from riding improperly on a kayak, suffered the lingering injury for over two years, and this thing is the only thing that has ever helped! Two years ago my friend convinced me to squeeze myself onto his one-person ride-on-top kayak to take a spin around the lake, while he was also on it, taking up all of the comfortable space. I was on the floor of the kayak with my legs scrunched up wierd. This is one of the few regrets of my life. At first it was fun, despite the awkward sitting arrangement. Looking into the water, seeing all the little fishies. But as time went on, my leg was a ticking time b***. I was cramped into a very awkward position, not suspecting anything, just trying to be in the moment with my friend on a gorgeous summer day. Then, all of a sudden, the charlie horse from H*** struck me. It was a MONSTER. The pulsing and throbbing were RELENTLESS. My leg was no longer under my own control. My muscles had gone completely rogue on me. I was flailing in a panic, trying not to capsize the new kayak while also trying to find some relief for my leg, and there we were in the middle of the water, many paddles away from land. I had extremely limited freedom to move around on the cramped kayak. My leg was in TROUBLE. I heavily considered throwing myself into the water just so I could straighten my leg and move freely, but did not want to risk accidentally throwing my friend overboard as well. It was TORTURE. I was an idiot to put myself in such a cramped position in the first place, I know. What a clown. It felt like forever before we reached land. I was streaming tears. My leg felt forty years older than the rest of me. I crawled onto land on all fours. When I finally stood up, I was hobbling. The next day was very demanding. We had a fishing trip planned, which involved covering long stretches of rocky shoreline and jumping from boulder to boulder. I had to go very slowly, and rely more on my non-dominant leg. If I was a gazelle the lions would have gotten me for sure. Even so, this probably made my Charlie horse even worse. Again, what a clown! I walk miles every single day for work, can't take time off work. There was no opportunity for this Charlie horse to heal, no matter how I stretched or stayed hydrated. Even if it wasn't pulsing and cramping, the knot that formed that day was always there, always an imminent threat. For years, I had to be careful. No more standing on my tip toes for too long. Careful about how I jump or run. No more stretching my legs out in bed without cautiously limiting that leg. My friend made fun of me. The charlie horse was now a part of my identity that I had not asked for. I could feel the tightness even when I was just resting. The only thing that ever brought any relief to my charlie horse was standing on a slanted surface such as a hillside, with my toes significantly higher than my heel. Then I got the idea to find a surface like this to put in front of my kitchen sink. My house is basically from the dinosaur age and has no built in dish washer. This means that I am the dishwasher, and must stand in front of the kitchen sink often and for extended periods of time. Then I found this device. It has been in front of my kitchen sink for a day and I use it briefly every time I walk by, and whenever I wash the dishes. FINALLY my charlie horse is getting the deeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep stretch it so desperately craves! Now I can stretch my leg out again without fear of the charlie horse acting up. I wish I had found this thing sooner. Stretching without it just doesn't do the trick, not with a wall, not by hand, not with stretchy bands, nope. This thing was the cure. It's so good I almost want to call it magical. The relief it provides is magical for sure!! If you have a charlie horse, don't hesitate!!! The grip is sufficient, the design is sturdy wood and folds up flat for storage or travel. Absolutely worth the money. Yes. Buy this. Buy one for everywhere you have to stand for long periods of time. Send your charlie horse to the glue factory! Lol

I've had tight calves for years, would do endless stretches but the way I walk always tightens my calves. This board is such a game changer for me. Easy to use and really helps with the stretches. I've now moved up one level and have noticed it's easier for me to attempt a deep squat

Sturdy. Well made and already being out to use. Very usable and flexible. Folds up nicely to be put away, out of sight and is Easy to move since it is not too heavy, even though it is solid wood.
