Okay, first thing is the 2 guys who gave a bad review of this product are wrong. One guy bought the cheap garbage model spray gun, and the other bought a narrow pattern gun and then complains that it shoots a narrow pattern. Look at the chart in the photos of the item. See it? The MSRP of these guns range from like $35 to $118 depending which one you choose. They list them by fan width, which is dumb, they should be listed by part number or even have separate listings for each gun. Anyway, if you choose one of the 4 guns that retails for $78 or $118, you will get an excellent spray gun that is head and shoulders above most of the crap they're selling on here at this price point. For 9 bucks. The manufacturing quality is excellent, all of the threads fit snugly and the knobs turn smoothly with good resistance. The fluid tip, air cap, and fluid needle are all precision made with excellent surface finish. If you put this gun in my hands and didnt tell me what it cost i would say its a $150 spray gun. I have used DeVilbiss, Sharpe, and Sata, and this is comparable to any of their lower priced offerings. One of the best deals I've found on Amazon, and I'm a certified Amazon bargain bloodhound.

I bot this gun when it was on special for $7. Yesterday I used it to spray some epoxy primer. The fan was good, fan control knob was stiff, cup came loose several times, but it did a good job. I may reinstall the cup with several rolls of teflon tape so it stops coming loose. I tried to remove the nozzle for cleaning but was unable so I dipped the tip of the gun in laq thinner after removing the cap and rod. Bec the cup is relatively small I planned to use it to shoot jambs but will prob use it for much more. If the nozzle would come out for cleaning I would have given it 5 stars.

Unbelievably great spray gun... bought it as a return... on clearance... gun only no cup... expecting the worst... but have used it several times just playing around with great results... took it to work and let the painter use it... he was blown away... not sure how long it will work perfectly... but for the price... who cares... we've already done 4 different resprays with perfect factory results... as well as my playing around painting misc parts... I will definitely buy another

Great gun for spraying SEM 52000 rocker guard!

I have been spray painting for about fifty years and I think I know a good spray gun when I use it. I couldn’t believe the price that I paid, I think it cost more to make the box it came in. I’m always looking for good back up guns and these are perfect for that. I used this gun to spray automotive clear coat on several truck parts and it sprayed perfectly. I did buy two and I know they will last me a long time. If you are a professional painter you know how important it is to clean your equipment. Good luck and thanks.

The threading on the volume control dial is terrible, I could barely unscrew it all the way to try and clean out and oil the threads. I don't expect the world for how cheap it was, but i don't have weak hands and that left my finger tips raw. It didn't come with a male 1/4 connector, so I used one I had laying around, fortunately. The only reason I'm not returning it is the next day I filled it with material AND THEN connected it to an air line to hear a massive air leak coming from a gasket at the pressure control dial at the bottom of the gun. It was going to be a bigger hassle to clean the gun out, take my coupler off, dig the box out out of the garbage, and go to a ups store to send it back for the $17 than it would be to throw it in the garbage where it belongs. Don't expect much and you'll still be disappointed, if you're going to buy this save yourself the time and just rip up the cash and throw it in the trash, same end result.

The 2.0 tip us perfect for metal flake and polyester primer. I've used it several times with no issues. It puts out material! And its a name brand company (makes mixing banks) Gun used for flake in video.
