If you suffer from planters fasciitis these sorted me out in 2 days, worn in conjunction with a good pair of running trainers, I have asics gel nimbus 19. I have tried lots of different orthotics and these have been a revelation. Easy to mould to shape and also to fine tune for comfort. I'm on my feet all day as I'm a design and technology school teacher so I can say I have truly tested these. We're then under a thin insole for extra comfort.

Plantar fiscilious has been agony for two years. I've been wearing those gel authotics they sell everywhere. Reluctantly I thought I'd try. These cost more but at this stage I'm trying everything. All I can say is its trying to compare a tailor made suit with one you've bought from the petrol station. The pleasure I could feel straight away. Relief. When I had dropped arch on foot the hospital custom made the insole and they was made of leather. I made it last almost 20 years. I came across these by accident. I was was searching for something else and and came to this page.I was cynical on this arch support. Ok wearing this took a day. Boy had to get 2nd pair. It felt just like the first pair

These seemed very strong and easy to mould to your foot. However, they are too short for me - they didn't reach the ball of my foot, so the ball was forced outward and rubbed on the shoe; on both feet! I returned them and got a full refund.
