Tea is great and caffeine free
Taste wonderful I love it. Try mixing the hot tea with Pomegranate Crystal Light for a refreshing ice cold drink kids love it.

Natural remedy. Consistency is key
Modern doctors will scoff at you for swearing by this natural remedy best taken as 2-3 cups per day. 1 bag per cup.
