Usha janome machine is very good, lightweight, Nice design. For speed there's a foot controller, also you get a hand controller when you want to slowly stitch something. There are around 57 different functions which are very useful. The only problem is the customer support and it’s service. I had been following the usha support and service team for around 10 days to get the demo and other functionality to work and use it better but looks like they don’t care about it. Worst service from USHA.

Perfect. That's the only word that comes close to what this sewing machine does. Its smaller and lighter than what I was expecting which is great since my mom uses it. Its more convenient for her. Everything works perfectly. The humming of the motor and stitching of the machine is so damped and smooth that its a joy to just listen to it. The included DVD clearly explains all the features and every setting for each Usha machine in several languages including Hindi, English, Malayalam, etc. It also highlights the uses of commonly available accessories and feet. The features are simply awesome. I didn't know a domestic machine could have so many different types of settings and stitches. Whether you are starting out (even I tried a few rounds with it successfully) or are a seasoned user like my mother, this is the perfect sewing machine for all types of users. Highly recommended. Well worth the investment. My mother is totally thrilled with it and that makes me very happy.

Worst product and worst service! Don’t buy it. Product “Pressure foot lifter” is stopped working with in 10 days. Customer care responded but no technician showed up. Good Name Worst product service. Don’t buy by looking at the product name, try any other brand with same features and less price and more efficient customer service. I have been following with customer care 2 weeks, no technician showed to resolve the issue. My address is not even in village, it is in bangalore.

Value for money. Item is compact and portable. However performance is subject to usage. Item supplied without warranty card which may deprive me from warranty service. Item was returned due to abnormal mechanical noise. My replacement product was delivered 48hrs late than the expected date of delivery due to irresponsible delivery agent who didn't deliver my replacement product despite of my correct address. Replacement product was also not supplied with warranty card. I suggest product must be always supplied with warranty card as per listed on package. Performance of replacement product is subject to usage. Performance of replacement product after usage for 01 month(approx) has been found good which is meeting my requirements.
