Great quality, thick bottom, heavy and looks amazing in the kitchen.

Very nice. Good Thickness. Though they claim hard anodized is not nonstick, it can be very much nonstick if you know how to use it. and you can use metal spoons with no worry. I expect this to last a very long time. Using it past 2 years and no complaints. It is a little pricey though.

Good sturdy vessel. Enough volume to cook biryani for 6-8 big eaters. easy to place seal for dum and weight can be placed above the lid. Quite heavy for hard anodised aluminium vessel. Good buy. Only complaint is that the handles and lid top for my 6 Lt vessel are small. I can get 2 fingers into the handle slot and the lid top doesn't have enough grip to pull conveniently. Still I would rate this vessel high.

Very sturdy pot, works like a non stick even though it is not! Good to cook curries and sweets like kheer and halwas since it has such a heavy base. Since it is very wide and shallow, it is very convenient for stirring. Works especially well for koftas, egg curry and such, where you need a wide mouth. The lid is quite light and easy to handle. And of course, the dish looks very elegant and can go straight onto the table.

Ordered the Hawkins Futura Hard Anodised Bowl and I'm thoroughly impressed. It's incredibly sturdy, heats evenly, and clean-up is a breeze. Definitely value for money!

I have been pestering my mother since three months for buying this product and ultimately I purchased this Cook and Serve Bowl with the pre-condition that she would return it lest she finds it ''unworthy''. I did not lose my stance and this bowl has outlived both my mother and my expectations. The only con about this product is that it seems a bit costly. But when you are buying a FUTURA product, you can't bargain with the price. The craftsmanship is good and could have been better had the lid of the bowl be made in a circular and more easy to grip handle. Anyways, a great product from Hawkins and please make sure you are buying the Right Size (3,4 or 5 Litre). The thickness of the base is such that the heat spreads uniformly and stays hot for an extended period of time. The looks of the Cook & Serve Bowl is really bewildering and if you are a housewife who would not mind spending some extra bucks then certainly Hawkins has got this product tailor made for you !!! A MUST HAVE FOR EVERY KITCHEN...

This Hawkins Futura 6-litre bowl is quite good for cooking. Its biggest advantage is that it is as sturdy as it is beautiful, making it perfect for serving directly on the dining table. It heats up food very quickly and evenly. However, keep in mind that the handles get quite hot during cooking, so you must use a cloth or oven mitts. Additionally, the bowl is somewhat heavy, which proves its durability. I am giving it 4 stars because the price could have been a bit lower, but there is no doubt about the quality.

Very good product

These pots have been brilliant. We have an electric cooker which is pretty poor and these pots have been a life saver. Food gets really hot, they are also non stick so really easy to clean. I like them so much I purchased two.
