I purchased this because I needed sprinkles that were more classy than the supermarket 100s & 1000s , but still affordable (not like the £10 for a few sprinkles in a nice pot listings).I have previously used sprinkles from lots of different brands but most were very childish or lost their pigment easily.When I came across these sprinkles though, with their amazing price and quality reviews, I thought I’d give them a go.They came packaged in a plastic resealable pouch which I liked as some others I have tried came in plastic bags that you couldn’t re seal. The pouch is sturdy enough for long term storage but you could also put them in a pot. They are really shiny and the gold doesn’t wear off easily.Each rod is approximately 2.1cm long, and approximately 0.4cm thick.I’ve been using these for so many cupcakes now, and there a lot - they will last for ages!They are so much better on colour, price and quality than most others I have tried.They aren’t too hard - they snap , but not so easily that they might break in the hand.Honestly, I can’t fault these. Maybe if they had come in a pot that would be better but you can’t expect it at this price point.This the ideal choice for celebration cake businesses as they make cakes look so much more professional than neon supermarket sprinkles. But they wouldn’t be a bad choice for beginners either, as they are very cheap compared to other similar items on Amazon.Overall, this is an amazing product for its price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for gold rod sprinkles on Amazon- they are the best of its kind I have seen.

I’m only knocking off a star rating because the balls went everywhere 🤦🏼‍♀️ comes in a packet.It did add a good look to the cake.Generally it looked good to cover a mistake 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 I know it would have cost more it each ball was in a by size container, but that would have helped.Tasted like sugar.

These were purchased for a saints black and gold themed birthday cake for my partner.When I opened the pack they looked blueish dark grey but I thought it might be the contrast of the gold. I also would like to add the gold was perfect though.By the time I had made the cake it was too late to return them or get more.They were not black more like navy blue and they got lighter as the time went on once I had them on the cupcakes.Don’t get me wrong they was still a lovely colour in my opinion but this was a cake with a particular colour theme and it ruined it. I ended up not being able to use them on the actual cake.

Very shiny. Very golden. They don’t lose colour of go soggy when on the cake.
