Question 3

I noticed a prop 65 warning when I was looking to purchase these vitamins. Should I be worried?

Accepted Answer

Hi Esmeralda-

Thanks for reaching out with your question!
This warning was posted by Amazon IN ERROR on our pages shown to California shoppers.
You will soon see this removed.

Our products, in fact, do not require a California Prop 65 warning, and we design them intentionally that way, as we care about what goes in to our bodies and those of all of our customers. We are sorry for any confusion or fear this created.

All SmartyPants products are, at all times, in compliance with California’s Proposition 65, one of the strictest standards, worldwide, for environmental toxins. We also go the extra mile by having each batch of finished product tested at a third-party lab. Additionally , we conduct our own internal test on each batch and publish our Certificates of Compliance on our website for the world to see.

All SmartyPants ingredients are recognized as safe and are manufactured to GMP requirements set forth by the FDA. Each ingredient is subjected to the same rigorous level of testing and standards and is tested for identity, purity (meaning no contaminants or residuals), and potency.

We know you demand safe, clean ingredients and so do we.
Please let us know of any other questions!
