Great value. These bands are very well made and heavy duty. The handles and clips that come with them seem to be really good quality and the grips are large and comfortable. I have three other band sets from other manufacturers and this is by far my favorite.

Great quality, I am 58 so I use weights and bands to prevent injury and joint problems. These bands are strong and with right combo are just as effective as weights for most exercises. Strongly recommended

These bands provide great resistance and well built. The handles are durable with solid stitching.

Good set and the build quality looks great. The nylon ends are thick and this comes with the usual accessories such as ankle straps and a door attachment. Even comes with a poster of different exercises you do with them. These are a little longer than another set of bands I own and the length makes it a little harder to get the maximum resistance since I'm on the shorter side. Also the resistances may be a little overstated since I can match some of the lighter bands using my old set and these seem lighter for the same resistances.

I use these every other day. They give me a great burn and can already see a big difference

Well one lasted 5 months (being used 2 times per week for resistance workouts). One snapped while I was doing overhead shoulder press and left a pretty nice welt on my tricep. Not at all impressed with the quality at this point. Need to search for a different alternative.

They work good until they don't, the 75lb had no signs of damage and broke mid workout snapping against my body very hard breaking skin, the 55lb already has a tear as well and has me now worried it will do the same
