I dont know whether its reduce cortisol level or not,as believed. But one thing it does for sure that it improves quality of sleep at night Not in terms that it induce sleep or prolong sleep cycle,or u fill dizzy through out the day Simply it improves quality of sleep.No random dreams or frequent night awakenings. Take twice daily and u will feel it within couple of days.

Product is genuine. Product costed 50 AED, shipping and handling AED 15 and when delivered it charged me customs charges of AED 30. So all in all AED 95 for a product that is AED 20 in actual.
