Not worth the money!
Unfortunately, this was thee worse biltong I ever had. I grew up on this stuff and just not good! It left a fatty film/residue in my mouth. The flavors were clashing and the meat was stringy and tough. The rest was just dust barely any meat in the bag. It’s not worth the money. It’s quite the rip off. Anyone could’ve done a better job.

More like jerky than biltong.
Has the look, taste, and texture of jerky, as it is I suppose for a US market. If you’re looking for good quality traditional biltong this is not for you.
