Expected it to be thick, but its thin. but who cares, it works exceptionally well.Its expensive for sure, but very sharp edges do effortless cutting. be extremely cautious, keep your eyes open and senses alive while using. Mistakes or carelessness while using could result in substantial injuries because these knives are extremely sharp. One star less for lesser thickness. Thickness would have given even more premium feel.

Los uso a diario en cocina profesional y son un esencial en mi kit.El cuchillo de sierra es una maravilla para cortar tomates y cítricos, para cortar cosas que requieran más fuerza mejor uno de pan pues la hoja es fina.El pelador para tomates, kiwis, mangos, papayas, etc, va fenomenal.La puntilla se afila muy fácil y es bastante flexible.Son muy útiles pero hay que saber que son para determinadas tareas.

Bin durch MyDeals auf die Messer aufmerksam geworden. Diese sind ja häufiger mal zu sehr guten Preisen bei Amazon verfügbar. Der Name ist ja bekannt und ich muss sagen, die Messer sind 1a! Sehr scharf. Der Sparschäler liegt gut in der Hand und schneidet sehr dünn (z.B. die Kartoffelschale). Habe mir gleich einen weiteren Satz anderer Victorinox Messer bestellt. Sehr zu empfehlen.
