Very well made and my cookies release beautifully. Perfect for making filled cookies. Easy release of dough. Simply dip in flour and tap excess out. That’s the trick fyi. I absolutely LOVE my product! Take your cookie game to the next level. Well made!

Great for Maamoul Cookies
I bought this with the intention of making maamoul cookies. The patterns are pretty good. The patterns are deep enough and shows up nicely on the cookies. The cookies are also easy to get out of the mold. I took a star off because the volume of the middle pattern is smaller than the other two. Why does that matter? Because the same size (or weight) of dough fill the two end cavities nicely but is a little too much cookie for the middle cavity.

Great mooncake mold
I bought this for my wife for her first time making mooncakes. She had no problem with the mooncakes releasing and the designs are very nice. We considering getting the plastic versions but this one was more appealing. The wood quality is very nice and we are happy with this purchase.
