Does the job
Very efficient for keeping the spaces between your teeth clean. I really need anything much in a clean and polish at the dentist and have never had to be referred to a hygienist.

Great for Tight Spaces and Easy to Use!
These GUM Proxabrush Go-Betweens are excellent for cleaning between tight teeth where floss struggles to reach. The bristles are firm enough to clean well but still gentle on gums—no irritation at all. The slim design makes them perfect for narrow spaces, braces, bridges, or those hard-to-reach spots. They’re easy to hold, easy to control, and great for quick cleanings throughout the day. I love that each brush comes with a cap, which keeps them clean and makes them perfect for keeping in a purse or car. Convenient and effective little brushes
With age I find that my gums have shrunk, leaving gaps between my teeth that didn't used to be there, so these little brushes get in between the spaces much more nicely than a toothpick, and even more effectively than brushing. I also use them as a finish to regular teeth brushing to make sure I'm covering all areas of the tooth. Very convenient and effective without the hit or miss of floss.
