I usually take 1 capsule per day and occasionally 2, as the suggested range for skin benefits is around 100–200 mg daily. The capsules are very easy to swallow and offer good value for money. The product claims “ultra high purity” hyaluronic acid, but it doesn’t specify the molecular weight, which would have been useful information. Although I haven’t noticed any significant skin improvements yet, I’ll continue taking it for a bit longer to see if there are any longer-term benefits for skin hydration. One thing to note is that hyaluronic acid is involved in cell growth and tissue repair in the body. While there is no strong evidence that oral hyaluronic acid is harmful or increases cancer risk in healthy individuals, people with active cancer or a history of certain cancers should avoid it, or may want to consult a doctor before using it as a precaution.

Not sure they are doing anything to be honest. Maybe yes? Maybe not? I know that their NAC at first was amazing and second box I got did nothing, so who knows, maybe even with this one.
