Does not come with a hose, I just happened to buy a mouth piece that had a connector hose, otherwise it would not have fit the hoses that came with my hookah. Works really well, easy to disconnect and clean, comfy fit and comes with two ice packs each, a sleeve to keep your hands from getting too cold from the ice pack. So far so good, I have 3 and decent price all things considered.

If you have a hose that fits this piece, this product is really nice. It does actually cool the smoke. I thought the size & weight was going to be odd but actually it's pretty natural to smoke with. I really like this ice hose attachment. It's a hookah upgrade for sure. Highly recommend.When I bought the item originally the package came with one ice pack instead of two. I contacted the seller and they responded super fast. They shipped the replacement ice packs and a gift if their zero tabacco shisha. I have the Pharaoh Aztec Hookah and it didn't fit the hose that came with my hookah so I had to return. I'm reviewing this with 4 stars because of the mis-advertising.

It's not too cumbersome & while it does feel a little cheap it does what it needs to. If I had to scale it from warm to frigid it's a solid 7.5 ice sickles out of 10.. While the temperature is on the cool kind of cold, it doesn't give you that chilled icy smoke. Maybe it has something to do with the piece being made of plastic so it doesn't retain the cold as good as you would like but it's a nice start. Its pretty

I’m big fan of Rosen-Field product and I’ll be. They offer great product in price and quality. So hats off 👍.Well! For this particular product my experience so far with hooka/shisha last 7/8 years I did use some cooling hose etc. But this one makes dry in ever single shot/inhale. I tried it for few minute and gave up. So for me their is something wrong with the design. Because you’ve to inhale so hard compare to regular hose or pipes. Keep in mind I tried many product during last few years. So this is something absolutely my personal experience.So I would really recommend Rosen-field to check this prod it again. With different environment.How ever I’m using right now Rosen-field steel hookah with Quaser RAAS Head.Thanks for time. 👍
