How much to make ice cubes

I’ve never made ice cubes with isomalt, so I’m afraid I’d be no help with this question.

Do I need to temper it or just melt it on stove directly to use?

I just melted it in microwave 30 blasts. Don’t use plastic bowl

Once you have melted the crystals you can store it and reuse again so if you do too much let what you have left to cool and store until you require it
