The directions are clear, easy to understand, and follow. The product has a mild alcohol smell that dissipates very quickly. It sprays on easily and quickly becomes tacky and sticky, then after a few minutes, it dries completely. Once dry, you don't feel it at all, but your grip does change quite noticeably. When using a kettlebell, the difference is very clear! I'm a woman in my mid-40s, and I have had issues with low hormones that have caused me to have a decrease in my grip strength. I have to use tools to open difficult jars and packaging, or have someone else open them for me. I found that this product made it significantly easier to open products without tools. I found that rather exciting. It made me wonder what other uses there could be for this item aside from sports applications. It has made my cell phone more grippy, which is nice since I have a phone case that is rather slick and can be slippery at times. I like that it sprays with a fine mist and doesn't stain. Depending on the handle material, it provides a better grip for knives while chopping and cutting. I like that this product has a variety of uses, including what it is intended for or promoted for. The only complaint I have, which is fairly minor, is the dry time of the product once it's on your hands. You can't use your hands while it's drying. For some things it is better to spray directly on the item and not your hands. Overall, this is a great product; it's easy to use and has a variety of applications.

This is a great find for athletes. I like that it didn't smell at all and did not leave my hands feeling gross or like there was a film on it. It dried quickly and felt like nothing and helped my grip. It washes off really easy with soap and water. It didn't leave any sign of use on the equipment, either, which was a plus. It is easy to carry with you in your bag and you get a lot in a bottle for the price which I appreciate.

I used this grip spray during my workout today, and it worked really well. It dried quickly, provided a secure grip without feeling overly sticky, and helped reduce slipping during exercises as my hands started to sweat. The spray was easy to apply, lasted throughout my workout, and washed off easily afterward. Overall, I’m very happy with its performance and would definitely keep using it.

The spray bottle application was very easy and a few pumps was more than enough to cover both of my hands. There was no unpleasant smell which was a huge plus. Initially my hands felt very wet, but then it quickly dried and they were "tacky". I tried holding my tennis racquet as well as my pickleball paddle and it kept my grip in place. Then we switched to basketball and you could feel the difference but it almost felt like it was preventing a smooth dribble because of the stickiness to the palm of my hand. It washed off very easily with soap and water and did not leave any residue. Overall, I would recommended for sports where you utilize a racket/bat/pole vs ball handling.

Not sure how this can be classified as a grip spray. I shake it according to the instructions and apply it right before playing pickleball. It's almost as if I've applied lotion to my hand. It stays slick no matter if I let it dry on my hand or grip my paddle right away. I wish my other brand wasn't out of stock, it really makes my hands sticky the more I sweat. I will not buy this again and will pitch it, doesn't work.

Initially it's very sticky which is ok for hand to hand/acro but not for aerial rope or fabric; it is unsticky after one use (nothing beats powder rock rosin for this). Good news, no residue left on your hands.

This spray provides a nice, tacky grip to utilize when you don’t have a glove available. It doesn’t leave your hands sticky for a long period of time, which means frequent reapplication but that’s much better than having sticky hands all day! The only thing that would make it better would be to have a way to clip it to your golf bag.

This product is actually pretty useful. I didn’t expect much at first, but it gives a nice grip and feels comfortable on the hands. Compact size makes it easy to carry too. It also dries quickly and doesn’t leave a messy residue. Definitely something I’d keep using for workouts or daily activities that need extra grip.
