Overall good item.
I don't personally like the hinges for the main cabinet, would rather a normal hinge that closes and sits flush regularly, but it works. All parts were there, easy enough to assemble, slightly wobbly, but pretty much exactly what I needed.

Do not buy
A good wind could blow it apart. Poor quality and no stability at all. Put any weight on it and it falls apart.

Quality control needed but it is a pretty nice little cart
Quality is not bad and what I expected for the cost. It works perfectly for what I wanted it for. Lots of space and it looks nice but the front doors do not meet together and could not be adjusted to get them any closer. My husband was able to assemble it, (with a broken leg/foot to boot), in about 2.75 hours. So not too hard but the door not lining up is a solvable problem if the manufacturer fractures cared to.

As expected
Easy to put together by myself. Seems relatively sturdy, although one hinge on one of the doors fell out. The hinges are held in with two screws each, the top hinge both screws have ripped out from just opening the door once and will no longer screw in as the holes are now too big to hold the screws. I guess that’s what you get when ordering a piece of cheaper furniture from amazon.
