I've been using Nugenix Total-T for less than a week, so this is an early review – but I'm already impressed enough to write one. I bought it for energy and mood, but I honestly didn't know testosterone boosters could affect weight at all. Ingredients: Clean, transparent label. Zinc, Vitamin B6, Fenugreek extract, Testofen® – no proprietary blends. You can actually research what you're putting in your body. Energy: Only a few days in, but I'm already waking up easier and not dragging by 2 PM. Nothing jittery – just steady. Mood: Subtle but real. I feel a bit more level-headed and less easily annoyed. Could be placebo, but I'll take it. Swallow ability: Capsules go down fine. Medium size, no taste, no gagging. Value for money: Too early to judge fully, but early signs are promising. Seems fair for what other boosters charge. Weight loss: Here's the surprise – I didn't even know this was a thing, but I stepped on the scale this morning and I'm already down 2 lbs after less than a week. Same diet, same activity level. I wasn't expecting that at all, and I'm not complaining. I wish they'd mention this more clearly. If these trends keep up for the full bottle, I'm staying on this long-term.

I feel like these have helped my energy levels and given me a boost when working out. They are quite bitter, though, so swallow them fast! They are a bit expensive, though, but they work for me, so I'll probably keep buying.

Best supplement for your workouts & for the bedroom. Gives u that boost for both departments. Highly recommended it.

I wanted a continued edge in my outdoor active life and work endurance as I make my way into my later 50's. Unfortunately, it didn't have much effect in any area listed but, then again, I actually think I may not need it just yet. I'm still very active for my age and have been all my life. However- There were allergies for me and could be for others. Incidentally, the day I had my first dose, I had moved a lot of hay and taken old wood etc. to the refuse facility. That night, I developed red itchy bumps in the creases of my arms. Thinking it was from the hay, or some creatures in the hay, I dismissed them and hit it with hydrocortisone. Throughout the next couple of weeks despite the absence of hay exposure, the bumps would come back and form during the day etc. along with puffy eyes. I have never been allergic to very many things in the environment and heal pretty quickly so, this was a little disturbing... After I had looked at what I had changed in my routine, soaps, and environmental exposures etc. this was the only new additive.. It was confirmed, a few days after stopping everything went back to normal. Unfortunately, this turned out to have been an expensive and fruitless experiment for me.

I’m so stoked that Total T really works. My experience with them has been totally amazing. It took effect in 2 weeks. New Man Baby!!!

Didn't expect instant results and haven't seen them. So it remains to be seen
