I can eat certain dairy products but I get gassy. milk & having ice cream is a no. I do get really sick, not go to the hospital sick but in the bathroom for hours. Not fun. I have tried lactaid which didn’t work, i felt horrible. I came across this product & had only one this morning so I could have yogurt. After eating the yogurt, I’m not gassy nor do I feel bloated or uncomfortable. The price is worth every damn penny if I feel this great. It’s a small pill and I chew it up, it has no taste but it’s better than lactaid taste. I was using a different lactase pill called happy cow, they stopped selling it everywhere so I was in a rush to find something. This product is 100x better than happy cow. Even with happy cow I was still gassy but I wasn’t feeling gross.

I’m really happy with these. I used to have to take two of them name brand version and would still have a bloated belly after dairy. Just one of these and I had no problems. They are super small and easy to swollen. And I really appreciate the packaging, makes it easy to keep in my purse and always had on me.

These are the best lactase pills I've found yet because they have the highest dosage I've ever had. I also love the cute, convenient container they come in although it's a little difficult to know the quantity left inside for reordering AND it trips the metal detector at the hospital, but it's so much easier and cheaper than the other brands. They really help contain and relieve my pain and other gas symptoms. I'm so thankful I found them!

These work so much better than lactaids and the pill size fits better in a small bottle inside my purse. I wish that I’d discovered these years ago!

Works if your only problem is the lactose. Didn't work for me, due to light food allergies. But it did lessen the symptoms. These are chewable, although planty/chalky in flavor.

They do the job. Had zero stomach upset after using and I like that they can be easily broken in half for a smaller dose. They are cheaper than the milk ones and you get more for the price too compared to the 30 you get in the other brand.

These work better than lactaid. I will buy again!

I’ll admit these are a little pricey, but the form factor and the fact that they work justify the cost. The expiration date on mine reads 2027 and I got them mid 2025. I’m definitely buying the bigger size or the bag next time for bigger savings. I recommend putting these in a pill holder, so you don’t have to carry the whole tin with you. I got a titanium one with a key ring off Amazon to carry these around with my keys.

Really like these esp as stronger and compact but now have become extremely expensive or not available.

Really happy to have found this product.

The little case makes it easy to carry them in my pocket in case I crave a quarter-pounder with cheese!
