Love magnesium, great brand you know exactly what you're getting. This particular mix indeed seems very high absorbtion just fyi so if you're switching from a different brand maybe start slow as magnesium can affect the digestive tract in less than pleasant ways sometimes...very helpful for the muscle cramps and insomnia which I struggle with

Great product - easy to absorb and easy on the stomach!

For awhile now, I have struggled with being able to stay asleep at night. No matter what I did I would find myself waking up after a few hours of sleep at night, and not being able to fall back asleep. So, I started taking these a few months ago, and I didn't really hold out much hope, but they really work. I know this because a few times I have accidentally forgotten to take these (usually take 3 at bedtime) and each time I forgot, like clockwork, I would wake up at 3AM and not be able to fall back asleep. It's not that these make you tired - like sleeping pills, but I do believe they make it easier to fall asleep and definitely STAY asleep until morning. I do not find that they make me groggy or unable to wake up in the middle of the night if I need to, and because I am a mom with a baby and a teenager, I can't be completely "comatose" at night. Being a heavy sleeper is a luxury I can't afford at this point. So, if you're like me, I highly recommend.

My doctor recommended that I start using for muscle ache/spasms in my neck. Now while it certainly has helped and have noticed a marked improvement they haven't gone away completely. I wish that the capsule wasn't so large because it is difficult to swallow sometimes. I gave it a 5 because of how well it has worked for me and so thankful that it has especially because I don't like the side effects of muscle relaxers.
