Definitely a hard shell case and it’s not as dark as a lot of the pictures make it seem the design is adorable and compliments my macbook air m4 2025 sky blue so well the feel is excellent the design adds nice texture, it feels high quality all though i haven't used it for that long, definitely value for money because of it coming with screen protector and other gadgets like the keyboard pad which helps keep the crumbs off, super easy to install, and fit my computer perfect, my only complaint is the little nubs that go in the charging hole that doesn’t fit but the usb-c ones fit and so does the head phone nub all in all 10/10 100% recommend.

The package isn’t good , it comes in a clear plastic bag , not even in an envelope lolBUT the quality of the case is very good . It’s not too hard or too soft . It’s very easy to put on and it is not too hard to take off ( I did on and off multiple times )Definitely worth buying .
