The texture of these lash lift shields is so soft, and it requires no glue on eyelids when I do the lash lift on the client, but believe me! If you DIY eyelash perm at home alone, you need to glue the eyelids to stick the pads, as the seller advises: you are sitting up, not laying down, so the pads may fall off if without glue. The Pads are a round C curl, which could help me perm the eyelash throughly and create a beautiful curl form instantly, resulting in a Round C shape result but not too curly, so the tip won't hit eyelids. WOW! I’ve tried regular lash lift shields and found they were too curled for my long lashes and hooded lids. These shields are so perfect!! They don’t curl into my lid, literally the best lash shape. They also include the “tape” and combing tool. ♥️♥️

The corners do not stick well. I always need to use a glue or balm and they’re supposed to be self adhesive. Other than that, the shape is great.

The only thing I didn't like about these was the y combs. They're really sharp! I have other tools on hand, so I recommend getting something else for that. However the rods themselves are great. You almost need no adhesive to hold them down, regardless of eye shape. You will still need some, but not much. Easy to clean and sanitize.

I’ve been doing lash lift service for 13 yrs and tried every type of lift pads and these are by far the BEST I have ever used! It’s really nice that you don’t need to apply glue to the pads to attach to the eyes. Saves a lot of glue and less messy and so easy to use. They are way easier to use and stay put way better than my old pads. Loved them so much that I purchased another set. I highly recommend them to anyone offering lash lift in their salon.

I perm my lashes regularly and I know how to prep for it correctly. These pads would not stick to my eyelids very well at all, and they kept coming off at the corners. They're also way too sticky of a material so when I was trying to actually glue my lashes up, whatever applicator I was using (weather it was plastic or metal), the applicator would get stuck to the pad and then I would have to pull it off which would then pull my lashes with it, so I couldn't even get them to stick to the pad. I didn't try to use these until after the return window closed, so now I just can't even get my money back which is really unfortunate since I will definitely not be using these again
