Do I start with the 5 or 10 formula?

I have rosacea and started with the 10% solution. Skin looks smooth and redness under control. I apply 2x daily to dry clean skin then follow with moisturizing sunscreen SPF 46 or at night just a moisturizer for sensitive skin. Hope this helps
