Our MaxxHaul detachable ramps have a unique detachable feature that allows you to remove the ramp section to free up space under the vehicle. Our ramps are made of industrial grade PP material, these ramps have a maximum capacity of 12 lbs per pair (6 lbs per ramp) and only weigh 33 lbs. The sliding section of the ramps has a protruding tab that enters the notches in the front section of the ramp that connects and seats them securely. Integrated handle on the side for maximum portability. Always place the front section of the ramps on a hard, smooth and level surface. Do not use it on an irregular, sloping surface, dirt, grass, sand, gravel or any other loose or unstable surface. The extra length decreases the approach angle compared to the Rhino ramps I've used for many, many years. The Maxxhauls are extremely well made and are detachable PLUS extendable (if wanted) with use of a middle section addition. These ramps are rock steady with no movement whatsoever on approach or full travel up or down. The interlock feature is tight and precisely engineered for stability. Before I purchased the Maxxhauls I was getting creative trying to position the "R" ramps to do oil changes. That creativeness led to unsafe practices which can lead to serious injury. The Maxxhauls are a game changer with plenty of height to do service. They're easy to position with large openings for hands and the grid pattern lends to excellent grip for your tires.
