I installed this outlet in a bathroom drawer, where I keep the hair dryer, electric razor and electric toothbrush. Works well for keeping my bathroom vanity top clear of cords and accessories. I give this 4 stars out of 5 only because the placement of the 110vac plugs should be opposite of where the USB plugs are. As you can see in the photos, the dryer cord overlaps the USB cords so can barely make this arrangement fit without buying additional adapters. Other than that, this is a great solution for the organized minded folks out there.

Easy and less expensive than other ways to put electric in the bathroom drawer.

Perfect !I often like to work at the table behind the couch between my kitchen and my family room.Under this table lies my surround sound subwoofer, there’s an extension cord running to it which I’ve concealed as well as I could.Next to the table are two chairs, one each for my wife and I.On top of the table is a desk lamp, and all the stuff that we’re working on. Sometimes, the dogs stand on the desk to get shaved with an electric razor.The problem with all this is that we need electricity available at this table in the middle of the room to shave the dogs, to charge our phones, to power laptops, to power the multitude of other things that we work on over the years. Crawling under the table to pull out and turn around a heavy subwoofer (which I would really rather was left alone), to get to an extension cord to borrow. Of course, the knee-crawling process needs to be repeated each time when finished. It was time for an upgrade.Enter the OELFFOW Furniture Recessed Power Strip. After carefully inspecting my subwoofer inside and out, I determined that I could actually mount an outlet directly on the face of the box facing us while running the wires internally to exit in the rear of the speaker to easily and cleanly plug into the existing extension cord.It worked!It was simple to install, just be careful to not cut your hole too big, the face plate lip around the perimeter of the outlet is really rather thin. It really could be at least another 1/8” wider around each side. Other than that, just put it in the hole and screw it down. Love it.It’s so nice to be able to plug in whatever we need by simply reaching down and plugging in.The quality of the unit seems very good, it feels nice and solid all around, even the cable is nice and beefy.Beyond that, It just works, and I’m happy with it.I hope this helps you in some little way, and I hope something Great happens for you today!

Okay, maybe not that easy to install, but...Cut a hole, drop it in, screw it down, and plug it in.It is a fancy extension cord, and it is great... add it to a cabinet, bed, something.Get some ports to charge your phone, watch, ring... whatever.Just a good little power strip.

I love that these are a reasonable price as well!

I used this on my smoker. I cut a rectangular hole in the side of the bin where it was hollow and plugged the smoker into this. This also gave me another outlet for an external thermometer and usb plugs for either my phone or external lights. Very sturdy and has held up to the weather great!

Outlet is very well made and feels sturdy . I installed this in my computer desk and so far it has worked flawlessly. Price does seem a little high compared to similar products.
