Very good product solves inflammation and itching all day in anus area due to piles ,eases discomfort to a great level ,enables you to do daily indoor tasks, healing I can't say it may have to applied thrice atleast during the day for a long time ,and most importantly no hand use which is of great comfort for piles patient thanks amazon for providing this great product

It's a faulty product. There is no spray nozzle on the tip to use. Can't return/ replace this product either.
