I am a big fan of magnesium regardless and this was my first time to have with GABA and will say that I can see a bigger difference in cognitive rest and recovery and it seems to help with metabolism/processing a little more as well.

This is the best Magnesium I have used. It is a 3 complex vitamin. I highly recommend it

Edit: after reading the other persons 1 star review who claims to be in pharmacy, I am getting a little weary about this product as it is not independently lab tested. I will continue to use it until it’s finished, but will be looking for a brand name with same ingredients, as this is just too good to be true with all the different Mg compounds it uses, others tend to use mg oxide (not the best at all) and it’s way cheaper.. how? Original review: So far so good. Been taking it for a few days and no side effects or anything and the amount for the price is great!! I’m taking it alongside vitamin d which was recommended by my doctor. Overall happy and would recommend

This is my second time ordering this magnesium. I find it is a fantastic supplement and will continue to use it. I like that it is a complex mix of different types of magnesium that meets my current needs.

I had the WORST horrible Charlie horse I've EVER had. I couldn't even walk on my left leg/foot. It was excruciating PAIN. Well anyway the ol' folks used to say take magnesium when this happens.... gone within 7 minutes

Works very well, leg cramps have stopped and I am resting better

I am replacing a prescription magnesium capsule with these because they are much easier to swallow and they can consistently get these.
