The company says it works for 15 hours, I have seen under personal circumstances that it works for 18 hours also, tried many diapers for my parents, but this is really good

We started ordering this in July 2024, after many months of searching for pull-up diapers in the XXL/XXXL size range. Most other brands stop at 60-65 inches as the maximum, so this was a real find with a 60-80 inches range. Also, it has an underwear-type shape, unlike other brands that we were using, which are shaped more like a 'langot'. However, over the months, we have found the quality deteriorating very rapidly. This seems to be especially when we order in large quantities (10 packs/100 diapers), which usually have the maximum discount. Here are the issues: 1) The padded absorbent section (which actually holds the fluid) is very thin, and I don't see how they claim that it will last for 8 hours even for someone with a normal rate of output. In our case, the patient has very heavy incontinence, and these diapers hardly last for a couple of hours. 2) The crotch area is not deep enough, so the absorbent part barely covers the required area. Looking at other reviews, I suspect the difference among the sizes is only around the waist. 3) The elastic is loose so invariably there is leakage from the sides, even if the diaper is not full. Else, it shifts and leaks because of that. There are obviously multiple production units, and none of them have any sort of quality control. Have attached pics of the two different types of diapers from the same order--this has happened multiple times now. The blue-striped ones are worse than the one with tape. Even within a packet, sometimes there is a difference in the quality in terms of absorbency and fit. The only reason we continue to purchase it because of the size.

I recently purchased this adult diapers for my parent, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the product. From the moment we started using them, we noticed a significant improvement in comfort , good absorption, good odour and ease of use.

One of the worst product I received. No return option. Its not 205 cm, its 105 cm, very small item. If the manufacturing company or dealer or amazon see this plz inspect them. Hereafter I won't buy this at any cause.

First I ordered Medium size: Because of being thick, it was not very comfortable. But it absorbs very well and there is no leakage. Then I ordered Large size: It is quite different from the medium one. It does not absorb even 2-3 times and it leaks

Bought this for my mom who’s having dementia. Perfect fit and leak proof. Tried different types of diapers. But this one is the best.
