Tasty but solid!
Seems a little unfair but have deducted a star because as with many honeys this jar is solid. I know honey does crystalize over time but I really wanted a pouring honey and this is a 'one lump or two' type now. Probably still better than a honey with additives to stop the solidifying but a bit disappointing nonetheless

Dissatisfied
I have recently opened this jar I ordered back in January and so disappointed, it is completely crystallised? I understand that sometimes it can occur if kept in a cool environment, but despite warming it will not clear. Secondly it’s sold as lavender but has no aroma or taste, the consistency is of a sweet crystallisation similar to sugar syrup, impossible to spread evenly. So disappointed.

Lovely honey
Delicious! I'm trying to get over my allergy to lavender by eating this. It remains to be seen if that works, but either way it's very tasty on toast!

I have my doubts!
Honey arrived in cracked jar, but Amazon refunded. It looks very solid and crystallised. I doubt pure, could have sugar %. Will not buy again sorry! Too sweet...way way too sugary.

Du miel de lavande de Bulgarie dont le gout n'a rien à voir avec notre miel de provence à la lavande. N'achetez pas c'est un produit Allemand pour faire de l'argent qualité médiocre.

Not pure honey in my opinion
I do not think that this honey is pure . It must have added sugar. It doesn’t have a hnt of lavender in it and a strane consistency I would not recommend it
