It works
I struggle falling asleep and avoid heavy sleep medications. In the past, I also avoided melatonins because it gives me brain fog. I guess I am so desperate that I decided to give Melatonins a try again. Well boy am I glad!! First night of taking 10x (I took two pills), it really helped me fall asleep. The same for the other nights. It doesn’t make me sleep for a long time, like i don’t reach a good 7-8 hours but it surely helps me fall asleep which is my main problem anyway. I just hope I don’t build a tolerance to this!! Glad I have this a try x

Absolutely LOVE this stuff. Helps with a good nights sleep and no hang over the next morning. I have tried many things in the past to assist with sleeping as my health condition affects it greatly. This stuff is GOLD. Its not a sleeping pill/sedative but a natural supplement that helps your body relax and shut down naturally. I can really tell a difference when I don't take it.

You can do better
I like all the main ingredients but realized the “other ingredients” are horrible for your body. 3 stars bc you can do better.
