Well I liked the flavor texture works well for strawberry cream cheese, in whipped cream and as salad ingredients. Ordered a second jar as I was very pleased with this product. Well worth the price. Stays dry and retains it's quality and texture.

These freeze dried strawberry pieces are excellent, they are nicely freeze dried with wonderful flavor. I usually purchase my freeze dried strawberries from Trader Joe’s and for most things I find they’re best at, but these ones are better. They may not look as pretty but they have a better strawberry flavor as if they were at peak ripeness when picked. They don’t have any added sweetener but are plenty sweet with just the right amount of tartness. These are wonderful and fun to add to drinks in the summer like the strawberry lemonade in my photo. They’re also very good in kids lunches since they can be sent while dry and then added to yogurt, oatmeal and trail mix. I also like using them for batters and baking. You don’t have to worry about the berries bleeding into your dough and making it too wet and unattractive like when making scones. The tub is generously sized and for a reasonable price and best of all my picky 2 year old loves them.

I've never had freeze-dried strawberries before, but have found these to be delicious. I eat fresh strawberries almost every day in my cereal, but I swap in blueberries occasionally, usually because it takes time that I don't have to cut up the strawberries. Well, in steps the freeze-dried variety. These have no additives but don't lose any of the intensity of flavor. An easy sprinkle into cereal or yogurt, and you have that wonderful flavor in no time - in two shakes of a...container. I will probably save these for occasions where time is of the essence, rather than using them liberally, especially considering they're not too cheap. But what a wonderful and tasty thing to have on hand!

I've never tried freeze-dried fruit before, and it has been interesting. I don't know why I was expecting it to be crunchy, but it's like biting into air. Or cotton candy. It has a light scent and taste of strawberries, and is just a bit sweet. I'm not sure why sugar isn't listed in the ingredients list, even though it should be there. They are mostly pretty small pieces that would be good sprinkled on top of ice cream, salad, or what have you but I've been eating it as is because I like healthy snacks that give me the same feeling of eating chocolate or candy with my tea.

I love freeze dried strawberries, I put them in my water almost daily. These are very tasty and the only the only ingredient listed is fresh strawberries. They are 100% natural, no additives. What a great healthy snack, especially for my seven year old granddaughter, she loves them too. I do add them to my water bottle and they add just the slightest hint of flavor to my water. They are great added to oatmeal, I’ve used them in my overnight oats, also good in yogurt. They have a good expiration date 3/16/2025. They come in a nice sized container.

I am very happy with the way these freeze dried strawberry pieces came out. I got these for deserts and to add a little touch of strawberry to the things that I make but these taste so good my kids have also been just eating them by the handfuls every once in a while. They came in a nice container and shipped well. Will definitely be ordering these again.

FD strawberries are perfect for just about anything… quick smoothies (they get thicker because they absorb some of the liquid), pie fillings (again get thicker), and even just a healthy road trip option. When the alternative is sugary, fatty, overprocessed snacks, these become an easy choice where you want to make small positive changes in your diet.
