It was used as a veterinary product. It helped tremendously to clear up sore heels on a horse!

Strange tasting
I have been buying Manuka Honey for several years now and I have tried lots of different brands. I purchased this as it was the only one I could get on a next day delivery at the time and it looked to have decent reviews. However, it tasted very different to what I am used to and not particularly nice if I am being honest. It also had a slightly off putting smell to it. I have a teaspoon of Manuka most days straight from the jar and I normally buy Com-vita or Steen's where possible as I find these good value for money for what you get, especially when on offer. The reported health benefits are good and I feel that taking this helps me massively as I suffer with stomach and throat issues. Maybe I received a bad jar, however, the seal looked good and I have no reason to doubt its integrity. Ordered a jar of Steen's to replace this and I will use this as a sweetener in my ginger tea instead.

Good value for money
This product is good value for money- but it might be a bit too "runny" for some peoples' tastes. However, as I don't mind this I will be purchasing more from this company.
