I purchased this TV for my covered outdoor pool area. I wanted to be able to watch football in the fall and winter without having to worry about bringing a TV inside. I was happy with this TV for about 90 days and then the picture froze. I contacted the Sylvox support team via email and after going over some troubleshooting, they determined the TV was not working and was under warranty 100% and the next day I had a new TV on my front porch. I was able to replace the TV and take the old one down. I put the old one back in the box and they are going to pick it up tomorrow. It cost me nothing to have the TV replaced. The company and support staff did a great job in standing by their product and replacing it under warranty without any hassle. They really stood by the product. I currently have my new TV up and hanging ready to watch football without missing a single week. I am excited to continue watching outdoor television by my pool, even into the winter all the way up to the Super Bowl. As for the product itself, it is a great TV. I have it hanging in a semi bright sunlight area. The area where we have, it can be enclosed or open with screen or plastic curtains. The picture is great in full sunlight or at night in the dark. The sound also is great whether it is in stereo or Dolby, it provides a great surround sound effect. it also has a screen off function if you want to use it for Pandora or for Amazon music just to play music the sound is great and carries very far. I went with this TV because it seems to be the only one in the market that is fully outdoor and water proof. Although I do not have it hanging in an area where it would be affected by water or rain I can rest peacefully, knowing that even if there is a heavy storm, I don’t have to worry about moisture. Given the quality of the TV so far and the excellent service provided by the warranty and support staff I would highly recommend this TV for anyone using a TV in a fully outside arena.

Tv works very well outside. The color, sound, and operation of it is very nice. Doesn’t seem to “lag” when flipping between apps on the tv. Perfect size outside on the wall.

Bought this Sylvox 43” for outside lanai. Very well constructed and picture fantastic in our Florida back yard. Great purchase!

Excellent picture. Love the Google TV and pretty much any streaming service or app you can get from Google Store. Only reason it doesn’t get 5 star is the Bluetooth. Bluetooth connection to the outdoor speakers is very poor. Significant sound delay and spotty sound quality. Have done hard reset and cleared all cache but nothing works. Other than that great TV.

I received my tv just after Xmas and as I was busy I did not install it for about a week after. I had used the amazon special delivery and they had unpacked the tv and carried away the packing material. When I mounted the tv I immediately noticed a screen defect in the screen and it was not very good. I contacted the company via email and got and got a response within minutes. I sent pics of the issue and they immediately agreed to replace the tv, and they shipped out a new one the next day. They followed up after the tv arrived to check that I was satisfied. This is truly exceptionally good and impressive service. I would definitely recommend this companies product.
