Works really well
Not gon lie. This worked pretty good. My cat actually had a sinus infection which made her cough a lot and her breath smelled bad. I gave her this and her breath stopped stinking. This didn't completely remove her sneezing ir infection but it did help. I was giving her this plus a vet approved antibiotic and shes good now. I do give her these twice a week to prevent it from coming back and keeping her breath smelling good. Don't expect this stuff to get rid of an infection bc it wont. It'll definitely improve sneezing but doesn't cure it.

Approved by your Neighborhood Cat Lady — It Works!
If you follow my reviews, you’ll know that I’m one of those neighborhood cat ladies. I work for a rescue and am regularly involved in caring for, nursing back to health, and finding forever homes for felines big and small, from all paths on the mean streets, and in all states of health. I regularly work closely with veterinarians and am privileged to have them there to offer advice and guidance as I help these little furbabies transition to health. I’m currently working with two cats who have breath that is much worse than any puppy breath you’ve ever smelled. One is a senior boy who just had dental surgery to remove 4 decayed molars. They were so painful that he’s lost so much weight that most kittens weigh more than he does. The other is a middle aged boy with stomatitis, a mean disease that attacks the teeth and keeps them battling infections. Both cats also have bad allergies and ongoing sinus issues. Because of their tooth pain, they won’t eat hard food or teeth-cleaning treats, and are very difficult to give oral medicine to. So I asked for suggestions and the vet I work with pointed me to these great dental, sinus and respiratory treats that also help with stinky breath. Wonder of wonders, they both LOVE THEM! And I can hide medicine in them and the cats eat the medicine, too! These treats look, smell, feel, and are the same consistency as a Churu treat. Apparently they taste pretty close, too, because the boys snarf them up. I’ve been using these for about 2 weeks now and I’m noticing a marked difference in sinus drainage, sneezing, and bad breath. Both boys are eating and drinking more and starting to put on a bit of weight. I can definitely tell the difference on days when I don’t give them one in the morning. By mid afternoon they have drainage and are sneezing wet sneezes on me. We have had no negative side effects though we were warned that they could cause some diarrhea. We’ve had nothing but improved health and reduced symptoms. I definitely believe these treats have been part of the solution, though I don’t discount the value of getting their meds into them finally and seeing them eating and drinking more. I recommend these highly and think they are a high quality product that does work. It will remain a part of our regimen until they are well. It’s worth every penny. Take it from your friendly neighborhood cat lady.

Truly helps the health of your cat.
I have been giving my 16 year old cat this product for 1 year, and it has helped her health so much. She has much more energy and has also helped her respiratory system. Another plus is that she loves it! It is her daily treat!

Update from Jala
My 14 years old cat was wheezing and coughing real loud. I read all the reviews before buying to understand why there were so many different results and was aware from reading all that, that the original formula before Oct 2025 was cream color in the individual plastic pouch and worked really well and cats just loved it and that afterwards people received the same product, but the product in the pouch was not cream color anymore, had a different formula and cats wouldn’t touch it. A lady mentioned that she spoke to the co. and that they reimbursed her, were aware of what happened and were going to change the formula back to the original. That was written in Nov I believe. So, this is what happened to me. I ordered for the 1st time got the light cream color, it stopped the wheezing in 48 hours and the cough started to be weaker and weaker to a stop when I gave 1+1/2 pouch total at 3 different times of the day and my very picky cat loved it. Then I had to reorder. I got. a mustard color pouch content and my cat ran away from it. The new formula added quercetine to it which is a good thing but must have changed the color and the smell. I called Amazon. The Agent was very helpful, read from his computer that the co. is willing to help and refund the product for people who have seen a change and still want the original formula. That formula -the light cream color one - should be available again to be purchased on Amazon after about 2 weeks - from Feb 4th 2026 -. I noticed that the original formula box was regular green and white. The new formula box - the unpopular one - was a very light green and white where the writing is very hard to read because it is written practically white on white. I hope this helps. I am waiting for a couple more days to reorder and cross my fingers I will get the cream color pouch content.

Cat loved it but it doesn't work
I kept buying these for months. It was clear pretty early on that they don't work, but my cat loved them so I kept buying. Unfortunately, due to price and lack of results, I stopped buying.

Delicious and effective for cats with stinky breath
The cat that needs this is in love with this product and chooses it over treats. Matilda hears “GRAVY” and she comes running. I can hardly squeeze it out of the tube and over her dry kibble because she impatiently tries to pull it from my hands. It smells a little minty, and it improves her breath due to a small benign cyst deep in her the vet cannot reach. The cyst likely harbors food around it, thus Tillie’s stinky breath.

Cat DEFINITELY improved since starting to use this. We will continue to use - animal professional
As a professional in the animals industry and the owner of a cat with a very bizarre respiratory problem that so far has no known, or diagnosable condition... I had been researching products and ingredients and was surprised that this had ingredients that were studied by the NHS. After the first box, I would say the condition improved by about 25%. For reference, the cat will randomly start sort of wheezing but act more like dogs I have seen that have had blades of grass get inhaled up into their sinuses. Their bodies almost convulsing and looking like they were having extreme difficulty breathing. Our kitty has similar episodes that look very frightening but are definitely not at all like what you might have had your vet describe or call a reverse sneeze. Yearss of working in a clinic as well as training and woking with exotics, I have never seen or heard an animal carry on like our kitty does. 25% improvement may not seem like a lot but cutting down that much in just 1 month seemed very successful to me so we have continued to buy and feed Cat Breathe. Which I honestly think is a weird name but a name is just a name. We tried several prescriptions from the vet that the visit alone cost about $100 plus the Rx of about $50 and figure we've filled aa dozen prescriptions and done the whole thing from the start at least 5 times... Makes this treatment seem pretty darn reasonably priced! The cat is actually my son's ESA cat and is a VERY important member of our family. Seeing him in the kind of discomfort that I have never seen on any other cat was very upsetting for me and I couldn't imagine how distressing it was for my son. I am only imagining more improvement in symptoms as we continue using this but if anything should change and the improvement changes and it stops working, I will definitely come back and make necessary adjustments to this review. For now, I am finding this to work as well as any $50-$75 prescription I've gotten at the clinic. Keeping fingers and anything else we can cross at the ready so our kitty keeps getting more and more comfortable! Definitely recommend trying if you have a kitty with respiratory issues.

Recipe Change Confirmed and Reversed by Dr. By
No luck helping with the sniffle my cat has (the vet says he has allergies, who knew?), but the cat loves the flavor, and I have taken to bribing him to take his actual medication with the promise of one of these as a treat afterwards, so we're both happy. UPDATE: Recipe changed as of ~Oct. '25, and now my cat refuses to eat them. I asked the manufacturer if the recipe had changed, and they gave some generic response about every pet having unique tastes and preferences blah, blah despite me telling them that he used to love them. Dr. By did nothing to address my concerns, but it's obvious they changed something since I see other reviewers saying their pets are also refusing this new formula. DON'T BUY THESE UNTIL THEY FIX THE RECIPE. UPDATE 2: DR. BY MADE IT RIGHT!! On 11/18 I received confirmation from the manufacturer that they had in fact changed the formula by adding an anti-inflammatory called 'Quercetin'. They also apologized for their oversight in making that change without telling anyone and for failing to consider whether cats would like the new flavor. They say they are CHANGING THE FORMULA BACK and expect that the original formula Cat Breath treats will be making kitties happy again very soon. Well done Dr. By - this is honestly the most responsive I've ever seen a manufacturer be to the concerns of their customers (and pets).
