Great Taste and Sleepy Vibes!
I first discovered this tea at a Sprouts on vacation, and now I have a large cup every night before bed! My son and I both have Delayed Sleep Phase Disorder, and taking melatonin, then having a big cup of Snore and Peace gets us both in a sleepy frame of mind every time! We drink it with milk and honey. It tastes great with butter cookies as a bedtime treat.
