Very good Product and best one in market
One of the best purchase, this is really good steamer, I bought it for my daughter as she has frequent cold so it is really soothing steam to open her nose and I really like it as steam is not too hot and no plastic smell when steam started, also it is very safe as water doesn't come of it while taking steam. Faulty steamer replaced.
Steamer was bought in mid September, used it a couple of times but in December end the switches got stuck in OFF position. I filed a complaint and it was under warranty. I had had to furnish the invoice and it was promptly replaced. My request for replacing it on priority was honoured.
