Ordered my usual size but fit very big

The shoe is good to use on a leg day in the gym since it is flat and have good grip.

Metallic part of the toe is just a decal not real metal, love th way it looks. Sole of shoe is pretty solid not very flexible. Toe box is pretty regular, not wide. I got an 8 and I'm a size 8, fits as expected. Velcro is good quality.

My trainer advised I used bare minimum flat footwear when I perform deadlifts and leg press for better performance. I was amazed how well these type of sneakers will help my performance. The price helps with affordability. The material is not made with typical sneaker material. The material is made to be this to simulate a sock with a rubber bottom to give the miminal effect. Work great hels my performance and very affordable.

Nothing to dislike about the shoes except the colors. But that's what makes them Spiffy looking. They stand out. But when it comes to my actual leg sesh, nothing compares. The stability is on point. My next pair will be the lifters. 10/10 recommended
