My 5 year old daughter saw this on Youtube and insisted on getting it. The price on Amazon was reasonable and she was thrilled when it arrived. We were fortunate enough to get a gold dragon (12.5% chance) which made her even happier. She is playing with it more than 2 weeks after she got it, which is better than the majority of toys.

As a parent, seeing my son's excitement with the Treasure X Lost Lands Mystery Treasure Chest is priceless. It’s an adventure in a box, not just a toy. The "25 levels of adventure" truly kept him engaged. He loved using the key and breaking apart the dragon block to find treasures, solving a puzzle to unlock the final chest. It's an interactive experience that sparks imagination. He was thrilled with the dragon, armor, and riders inside, which have led to hours of creative play. However, the 1 in 8 gold dragon can be a letdown for kids really hoping for the "rare" item. It can be a little messy, but a piece of paper makes cleanup easy. For any kid who loves dragons and treasure, this toy is a huge hit.

Got this as a Birthday gift for my cousin who's very into this Treasure X stuff. I can see the appeal of it as he almost immediately got to digging out the little pieces and figures, took him a while but he finally got them all and got his dragon toy out of it. May get one for myself just for the fun of it.
