Works wonders
I was taking a fenugreek vitamin before but I had to take 2 vitamins, 3 times a day and I am horrible with remembering my vitamins. I have an alarm for my prenatal and magnesium and iron but having three alarms throughout the day in the middle of everything I have going on was just intrusive. So I decided to give this a try. It’s easy. I just mix two packets into two bottles at the beginning of my day, and just drink one at breakfast and one at dinner. Way simpler. On top of it, my left nipple is inverted and my left breast has produced significantly less than my right one ever since my baby was born. And she doesn’t latch because my right nipple is too big for her mouth and obviously the left inverted one is going to be difficult as well. So I exclusively pump for her to avoid the stress it was putting her under trying to force her. Let me just say. I was able to get maybe 2-3oz from my left one before. And I just pumped 10 minutes ago and I got 5.5oz from my left one. And over 6oz from my right. I have only been drinking for 3 days and already have an abundance again! It smells like maple syrup, BUT THATS NORMAL. There’s a lot of reviews saying it has a weird nasty smell, but that is maple syrup ladies. That is the odor from the fenugreek. And taking fenugreek you will also smell a bit like syrup yourself. It’s NORMAL. Don’t let those reviews scare you off. It barely tastes like anything, has a slight sweetness to it. It is easy to down. I just chug the whole thing to get it out of the way. Tastes SLIGHTLY of maple syrup as well but it’s not over powering. You barely taste it. Please, if you are desperate to see an increase in your milk supply, give this a chance. Lots of women complaining of the smell and taste, but even if it doesn’t suit your taste buds, I think it’s worth it if it means your little one gets more milk in my opinion. As moms we have to do whatever it takes for them. And as long as it’s not harming you, I think we can put up with a flavor that’s not of the sweetest variety and a smell that’s not a field of roses. Our kids come first. Give it a chance and see for yourself, what can it hurt? All I know is my baby is eating REAL GOOD. 🫡👍🏼

Doesn't taste like anise or fennel! Yay!
This is the only product I've found so far that contains the milk-supply-increasing ingredients fennel and anise but doesn't actually taste or smell like fennel or anise. Anise (tastes like black licorice) makes me gag - smelling or tasting it - and it seems like all the milk teas out there are that flavor. This stuff doesn't taste awesome or anything, but it certainly doesn't make me gag. I'm more than happy to keep drinking if it actually increases my milk supply. I'll update this review with details about effectiveness after I've been drinking it for a week. Update: After using 2 packets a day for 9 days with no increase in supply, I ordered another box and started taking it 3 times a day. I have definitely noticed an increase in my pumping output. It's not like it doubled my output or anything, but there is definitely more. This slight increase is acceptable to me. You can judge your milk supply based on pumping output. If you're able to pump a ton of milk, you probably have a case of oversupply, which is not good either. A slight increase in supply is OK, but a huge increase can lead to all sorts of problems like let down that is too forceful, clogged ducts, mastitis, etc. Update: The main active ingredients in this drink mix are fenugreek and blessed thistle. I took another reviewer's advice and just purchased fenugreek and blessed thistle capsules, also on Amazon. The capsules are also taken 3 times a day, but they are much cheaper than this drink mix. I don't mind swallowing large pills, so I prefer the capsules. They are working just as well, if not a little better, than the drink mix.

You HAVE to try this drink mix!
The UpSpring Milkflow Fenugreek Chocolate flavor is amazing! I've been wanting to try the powder, but I wasn't too sure about the flavors, so I held off. I randomly came across the chocolate flavor and decided to give it a try. I'm incredibly picky, and I legitimately love this drink. I take a 16 oz water bottle and fill it halfway up with 2% milk and then pour in the powder. I would say to shake it for a minute or so, and then it should be good to go! I've tried mixing it with a spoon, and even using my husbands shaker, but I like the water bottle method much better, plus its definitely more quiet so that helps. I've only had one packet a day for four days and I did accidentally skip one day, but it seems to be working well for me. I've tried SO many different things to help with my milk production and the only other thing that's worked are the lactation cookies, BUT it takes me about 3 hours to make them, thanks to my little toddler helper, and I have to eat about three a day so I go through them pretty quickly. This drink is definitely more convenient, but it is a little expensive for me to be taking two packets a day.. So I will be sticking with one a day unless I notice a change. The drink tastes amazing, just like chocolate milk, and I actually look forward to drinking it. My only worry is that I've noticed my daughter has had more gas recently, and some people have said its due to the Fenugreek, but I'm honestly not sure yet. For reference, last weekend when I pumped at work I only got 3 oz for the whole day. This weekend, I had almost 9 oz for the whole day. . so definitely an improvement, and I hadn't changed anything but adding the drink mix to my daily routine. Good luck! Definitely worth giving it a try!

I have a 1 month old and I had an incredible milk supply. I was pumping a full bottle then all of a sudden I wasnt able to even pump 1 oz from both breasts.. I honestly believed my breast feeding days were over then I found this stuff. And wow over night I was able to pump 90ml from one breast.. this product is working. The taste isn't anything to write home about but it is tolerable. Deffenitly would recommend this to anyone struggling with milk production, this is a life saver!!
