Tastes good and improves milk supply
I mix this with milk. It doesn’t mix together great—kind of like a carnation breakfast but it still tastes pretty good. I think of it as my little after dinner treat. I definitely notice a difference in my milk production when I have them. I don’t make a whole lot of milk to begin with but it definitely helps me pump an extra ounce or 2 every day.

Tastes great
I really liked this. It tastes great! Fenugreek was recommended to me by my son's pediatrician! My only complaint/concern is fenugreek doesn't do well if you have thyroid issues so be warned.

Works for me
This has helped with increasing my supply keep in mind I also drink plenty of water. I take at least one a day (before bed) and I always wake up with full breast. I gave this a 4 star because the taste. It takes a while getting used to the fenugreek I always mix it with something else (liquid iv or chocolate protein milk) and drink it fast.

The milk producer
The best I've tried to increase my breast milk production. Know delicious and give me a large glass of drink. I recommend it.

Tastes decent but didn't work for me
It didn't taste terrible which is a plus when consuming products like this. Went great with the cookies.Unfortunately I showed absolutely no signs of my milk increasing and I used it as directed. I also noticed an increase in gas in both myself and baby after consuming.

Works wonders
The media could not be loaded. I was taking a fenugreek vitamin before but I had to take 2 vitamins, 3 times a day and I am horrible with remembering my vitamins. I have an alarm for my prenatal and magnesium and iron but having three alarms throughout the day in the middle of everything I have going on was just intrusive. So I decided to give this a try. It’s easy. I just mix two packets into two bottles at the beginning of my day, and just drink one at breakfast and one at dinner. Way simpler. On top of it, my left nipple is inverted and my left breast has produced significantly less than my right one ever since my baby was born. And she doesn’t latch because my right nipple is too big for her mouth and obviously the left inverted one is going to be difficult as well. So I exclusively pump for her to avoid the stress it was putting her under trying to force her.Let me just say. I was able to get maybe 2-3oz from my left one before. And I just pumped 10 minutes ago and I got 5.5oz from my left one. And over 6oz from my right. I have only been drinking for 3 days and already have an abundance again! It smells like maple syrup, BUT THATS NORMAL. There’s a lot of reviews saying it has a weird nasty smell, but that is maple syrup ladies. That is the odor from the fenugreek. And taking fenugreek you will also smell a bit like syrup yourself. It’s NORMAL. Don’t let those reviews scare you off. It barely tastes like anything, has a slight sweetness to it. It is easy to down. I just chug the whole thing to get it out of the way. Tastes SLIGHTLY of maple syrup as well but it’s not over powering. You barely taste it. Please, if you are desperate to see an increase in your milk supply, give this a chance. Lots of women complaining of the smell and taste, but even if it doesn’t suit your taste buds, I think it’s worth it if it means your little one gets more milk in my opinion. As moms we have to do whatever it takes for them. And as long as it’s not harming you, I think we can put up with a flavor that’s not of the sweetest variety and a smell that’s not a field of roses. Our kids come first.Give it a chance and see for yourself, what can it hurt? All I know is my baby is eating REAL GOOD. 🫡👍🏼

Chocolate is better but not for moms with sensitive babies
The berry has an odd taste likely from the fenugreek. I mix it into half of a body armour drink + water to fill it the rest of the way to make it taste better (I use zero sugar cherry berry lemonade if anyone is wondering). The chocolate is very tasty however contains milk and my baby is sensitive to the proteins in cow milk so I was unable to keep drinking it. They both cause a little gas but not too bad.
