Ottimo effetto diuretico e sapore neutro
Questo estratto di tarassaco (radici e foglie) è analcoolico, naturale e privo di sapore amaro, perciò risulta gradevole da bere. La dose di 40 gocce, più o meno quello che si aspira con due prese massime del contagocce, va assunta in un bicchier d'acqua da una a tre volte al giorno in qualunque momento . Anche una sola assunzione al giorno può essere sufficiente se si vuole un effetto diuretico leggero, mentre per un'efficacia maggiore va preso tre volte. Ho notato che è anche leggermente lassativo. Per valutare l'effetto depurativo credo che ci vorrà ancora un po' di tempo, almeno un mese di consumo regolare. Della stessa marca ho provato anche gli estratti di vite rossa e di rodiola, sempre ottimi e ben tollerati, quindi è una ditta affidabile che consiglio caldamente.
