Add these to your postpartum care package list!!! These have been a lifesaver postpartum. They are incredibly comfortable, soft, and have a nice stretchy fit that doesn’t feel restrictive at all. I also really appreciate how well they fit. They accommodate plus size comfortably without feeling too tight or digging in, which made a big difference during recovery. The quality is excellent. They are very absorbent and I didn’t experience any leakage, even overnight, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Overall, these are reliable, comfortable, and well made. I would definitely purchase them again and highly recommend them, especially for postpartum use.

Look, let's be honest, these are not a glamorous solution, but you can't argue with what works, and BOY do these work. Beyond of course being very thick and holding a lot, they are also extremely comfortable. Alongside the debilitating cramps and amount of blood I usually have on my first couple of days on my period, my abdomen also become so sensitive that pretty much all of the waistbands in my normal clothes cause me pain. These overnight underwear are elastic, but it's such a gentle elastic that I can wear these and be comfortable. I would order these again and again for that reason alone.

THESE ARE AMAZING! I naturally have a heavy flow thanks to endometriosis and adenomyosis so I used to have to wear two heavy flow pads, and even then I would still somehow leak. I ended up trying to do a Lupron suppression to help with IVF and Lupron made me bleed like crazy with huge clots! I was having to change pads every 30 minutes to a hour. I finally decided to give adult diapers a try to see if they would offer more protection while my body was adjusting to Lupron (it didnt adjust unfortunatel). I happened to find these and my God I will never go back to pads! They are super comfortable and hold so much. They also breath and it's not easy to tell they are a diaper when wearing jeans or sweat pants. My only complaint is that they are scented. Buy the diapers girl they are a game changer.

I got the largest size. I’m a big girl. They fit but barely. I’m 5’6 346 lbs so if you’re around my size just know that they fit but barely. I wear a size 22 in pants btw I hope this review helps someone. In my opinion they need a bigger size 3xl-4xl.

These are great, affordable, and do the job of safeguarding you, like a sponge.. BUT don't feel like you have a bed pillow stuck between your legs.. Just feel like you're wearing underwear.. Spacious cut out for the legs, so I wear a pair of panties over them for snugness.. Soooo glad I found them.
