So, I use these when my cycle is around and they are comfortable and I forget I even have them on, I don't worry in the middle of the night of leakage. Worked perfect after having a baby. No leaks which was important during breast-feeding “ the gush, if you know you know what I’m talking about”. Was not able to smell blood. I have a wide bottom and ware a 2x in most things and they fit perfectly. Did not bunch up.
