I bought this organizer to sort and store my LEGO parts, and it has worked out great. The quality is better than I expected for the price. The drawers slide smoothly and fit well. I started by sorting pieces into individual trays before transferring them into the drawers, and the variety of drawer sizes made it easy to organize different types of parts. The clear drawers make it easy to see what’s inside, and I was able to add labels to the front of each drawer so I can quickly find the pieces I need. The cabinet feels sturdy and holds a surprising amount of parts. The white finish looks great on my desk and gives my workspace a much cleaner and more organized appearance. Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase. It helped turn what used to be a pile of mixed LEGO pieces into an organized system that’s easy to maintain. I would definitely recommend it.

Exactly what you would expect i seen in the picture described as well as the measurements. The plastic is sturdy and decent quality.

I have bought Akro-Mills and other drawer cabinet brands of similar design, for a total of seven cabinets. I use most of my cabinets to store a myriad of small Lego pieces, and use another one for fountain pen parts and accessories. For my purposes one brand works as well as another. I have bought several drawer configurations for different size pieces and parts. My advice is to read descriptions and comments carefully and decide based on your purpose for buying one. For example, for my fountain pen parts and accessories, I use a large drawer model. For Lego I tend to the smaller drawer ones for smaller pieces because I keep larger pieces in other containers. If you work with really small things, like beads, you may want the kind that has small drawers with the small drawers divided into two parts by a plastic insert. But be aware you may have to tape the bottom of the divider panels in two-section drawers to prevent beads or whatever getting under the panel and into where you don’t want it. All of the cabinet brands I’ve bought are good quality and very useful.

This storage cabinet has been a great addition to my workspace. The 44 drawers provide plenty of room to organize small items like screws, nuts, bolts, electrical connectors, craft supplies, and other miscellaneous parts that would otherwise end up scattered around. The drawers slide smoothly and are easy to remove when needed. I also like that each drawer has enough space for labels, making it simple to keep everything organized and easy to find. The cabinet itself is lightweight yet sturdy enough for everyday use. It fits nicely on a workbench but can also be mounted on a wall to save space. Whether you're organizing garage hardware, beads, LEGO pieces, office supplies, or makeup accessories, it does the job well. Overall, this is a practical, well-designed storage cabinet that helps eliminate clutter and keeps small items neatly organized. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient storage solution.

Original review: 7/2017 I don't review ALL of the products I get on Amazon, but I was HIGHLY impressed with this product and felt that although it has a very good overall rating, some of the reviews were pretty unfair. So I will address some of them and add some of my thoughts at the end. First of all, automatically disregard any review that faults it for some ham fisted delivery personnel, it's a product review, not a shipping review. Second, disregard any reviews that mention how easily it tips over. Unless you are organizing a feather collection, it needs to be anchored... That's common sense. Some reviews mention the bins being brittle, absolutely not, they are actually quite flexible, yet sturdy. Some reviews mention the drawer stops being cheap and "probably" won't hold the drawer in if there's a good amount of weight. Well I have one drawer that has almost 4 pounds of bolts in it and the drawer stop works fine. I initially bought just one of these to see how I thought it would hold up/work for my application. About 3 days after the first one arrived, I ordered a second because I was VERY happy with it. I do want to point out the unit on the right in my photo. If you look closely you will notice that it does have a SLIGHT sag to it...there is 45 pounds of hardware in that unit (not including the weight of the product itself). Not an exaggerated figure, not a guess, I weighed it. The optional hanging bracket for this unit is rated at 40 pounds, so it's safe to say I'm exceeding the design specifications. Even with it sagging, all of the drawers still function smoothly; however, in the interest of ensuring long term fatigue doesn't get the best of it, I will make a simple shelf underneath of them. The only problem I have with them is that they are TOO handy and I'm putting ALL of my small items in them, so now I need a third lol. EDIT: 1/6/19 Wow, I just got notification that 100 people found this review helpful. I figured since it's been well over a year I would give an update. Both of mine are still going strong, nothing has broken, even in the cold temperatures of northern winters. I am still very happy with these bins, and always keep them in mind when I have small things to organize. I did put a shelf under both of them and it has prevented the sagging issue from having more weight than I should have in them. So, I'm still VERY satisfied with them. They're just as good as they've ever been, and they're still loaded with more than the recommended weight.

Very big and good organizer, came in a lil scuffed up but it was just aesthetic damage, the draws came in perfect. I use this to store my sanitized needles, clamps, and jewelry for piercing and it holds everything pretty comfy! Pretty easy to organize with labels and can store lots of things.

I was impressed with the build quality and ease of drawer sliding. I replaced 20 year old parts cabinets that were inferior. I sprung for the red to match my rolling tool cabinets. I like the way it looks and consider it worth the extra coat

drawers are nice, but definately NOT enough dividers. And to have to buy them seperately... yea, no thanks. ill print them.

I bought 10 Akro-Mils storage cabinets to organise and store my entire stock inventory for my online business, and they have been fundamental to allowing me to run and organise my business properly. They offer a huge amount of storage in a really efficient way (providing that the items are relatively small), and it’s surprising just how much can fit into them. The clear plastic drawers make it really easy at a glance to see roughly how much space is left to fill and what item is in each container, and the material allows for labels to be attached fairly easily. (For reference I use a label maker to print custom label stickers, and they adhere very well). I’ve had problems in the past with effectively labelling storage drawers, as stickers don’t attach well, but with these cabinets, that isn’t a problem at all. I really like how the bottom 12 containers are double the size of the top 32, as it allows for versatile storage, and makes the cabinets suitable for a wider range of items. The material is a lightweight plastic, which makes it really easy to lift and move the cabinets, but it also durable and can hold a decent amount of weight without feeling flimsy. The plastic smooth and is easy to clean and dust. They also have 4 holes in the back on each corner, so can be very simply mounted to a wall, which makes them really strong. They also have 2 grooves on the top and bottom of each drawer, so they can be stacked on top of each other perfectly, making it a perfect storage choice for anyone looking to expand their storage in the future. I would personally recommend this item to anyone, and for the price, nothing comes close in terms of quality and practicality. 10/10!
