This is a very good form of magnesium. Your body uses the chloride as an electrolyte as well so it's kind of a two in one supplement that helps with hydration. I use a milligram scale to measure and this stuff has lasted me a long time. Very good product and purchase. When I run out, I will be buying this again.

Debating/researching what brand to buy? I did the same for many,many days on supplements. Read below!I love that Nutricost tests all their products. You can literally contact them, with the LOT# on the bottle and they will send you test results. Why is that important? Many companies for one do not provide tests results if asked, you will usually get ignored or receive a generic response. It is also important because a lot of supplements can have heavy metals/contaminates in them and there is no warning of this.An example would be, almost all Ceylon Cinnamon across the world will have some type of contaimenants no matter what. I purchased some from Nutricost, contacted them about what tests have been done, they asked for the LOT# on the bottle and I received the test results the next day. The tests showed all levels of contaimenants were VERY low / in the range we're the body will not be effected. Many spices have contaimenants so keep that in mind! We tend to cook with them and have no idea. Hello friends, I selected this nutricost magnesium chloride for good health.My household regularly takes magnesium before going to bed. Normally we have the flavored fizzy version and thought to try this unflavored kind. It still has some kind of flavor that isn't desired so next to this supplement we have a little squeeze bottle of flavor drops. It helps everybody take it otherwise it's just going to sit on the shelf unused. It's great that it's unflavored but it just didn't work for us without help.

This is the best magnesium supplement we've ever used. It has helped with digestion and with sleep. We like the fact that it contains only one ingredient, magnesium chloride and nothing else. Before purchasing we noticed reviews that said it would not dissolve and it tastes bad. So we tried adding the dose to water in a bottle with an airtight lid and shaking it. We found it dissolves well when shaken. To counteract the unpleasant taste, we add a few squirts of bottled lemon juice, shake it well again and drink quickly with a big straw. The taste is much more tolerable with lemon juice added, and the benefits are well worth it. Thank you for this excellent product!
