Useless
This product sucks. I bought it less than a year back and the app doesn’t work properly. I don’t know if it’s the company’s ploy to get us to spend again on their newer models. It’s an overpriced product. The charging port also doesn’t work great and has to be carefully charged everytime. This is a real headache. Better to buy other watches on the market.

Voice clarity is good. But the location tracking sucks big time. It is off by more than 300 meters which is not at all close to accurate. Not worth 5000 bucks. Video calling should have been made available atleast.

Nothing Works Without SIM even Date and Time
Nothing Works Without SIM. If you are planning to purchase assuming it might be functioning with Bluetooth or standalone. This isn't the watch you should be purchasing. This doesn't even show proper time without a simcard in it. I regret purchasing it

GPS shows wrong location
The product is good for calling. Material used is okey. Charging speed is good. Battery backup is good. Looks good. Call quality is good. Overall is an average product. GPS is always showing wrong location. Buddy app needs lot of improvements.

Value For Money
My child is using this watch since 2 years and is working excellent. Voice call clarity is excellent both ways. Area of improvement: GPS location. It is accurate to 700-800 meters which is too much. App functionality: Message arrives late if you have not kept the app open.
